This is my third Hyundai in twelve years, and it’s the great Balise service that keeps me coming back for more. Service Writers are consistent with a good explanation of what you need, without the ‘forced’ up sell.

Everything went fine. Anyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. I was there for a recall notice on Monday. On Wednesday I received a call from Hyundai about scheduling an appt. and today I received a notice in the mail again about it. I hope the appt. catches up with Hyundai corporate.
