The entire experience…our initial meeting, discussing our needs & budget, test driving the car, negotiating a deal (they saved us $1000’s over another Hyundai dealer’s offer), completing the financial paperwork, turning over our expiring leased car, and receiving help getting familiar with the new car, was our best experience EVER for buying or leasing a car!!! Joseph, our salesman, even had a huge red bow on the car when we arrived!!! Everyone we dealt with throughout the process …Joseph the car salesman, Tim the general manager and Joe the finance guy, were all wonderful to work with and always had our best interests in mind! I had just recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata out of Fort Myers Florida. I had only had the car le
ss than a month and the engine failed as I was pulling off the highway. I just moved to Northern Kentucky and did not have a clue what dealership to bring my car too. After realizing that there was a recall issue out, I started calling all the Hyundai dealerships in my area. Everyone was booked out for three months on just a diagnostic. If you have had an engine recall, you will know that’s just the first step of getting the whole process started. After calling around I stumbled upon Jeff Wyler superior. They were the only dealership not booked out for months on end. I spoke to the service department and I was in shock when they told me I could drop off my car that day, as every other dealership gave me a three month wait. The vehicle I have is the only one I have to get around. Waiting three months was not in the cards. Everyone in the service department was exceptional and answered any questions I had. I called more times than I can count and they always reassured me of the process. I’ve never dealt with an issue like this and they were always friendly and explained the process step by step. My experience here was beyond exceptional. Will, in the service department is the reason I’ll be coming back for service and sending my friends/colleagues to Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai as he did an amazing job at explaining everything. I’m extremely thankful for everyone in the service department and the job they did, no words of thank you could ever be good enough for my time in need. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming.

my car. I bought my car at Sutherlin a couple of weeks ago been busy with school so this review is late. I apologize. First up, I want to thank Jennifer (BDC Rep) Gabe who stayed in contact with me weekly as I prepared to purchase and he was my main contact and key in helping me get my car. I want to thank Marion and Andre, who also called and stayed in touch, and on the day I bought the car, they worked long hours and went above and beyond to help me. I feel like all of them are family. I will never forget you and I will recommend Sutherlin Hyundai to others. Keep up the great work. first of all, the service people are friendly and helpful. second, the place is exceptionally clean.
every time I have needed service I was surprised how good it was. I need a new thing that goes around my license plate because it was broken. Got one for me in a minute, no charge. My low tire pressure warning was on and I did not know how to get it off. No problem, the serviceman filled the tire and reset the warning, no charge, no wait. I have never had this good service anywhere else. Thank you.
