Friendly service guy, car completed on time, glad I don't have to do it anymore!
It was just a synthetic oil service but Kent was really cool and went over all the inspection points with me in detail. The car was promptly completed and promptly ready when I picked it up. The price was super reasonable! Thanks everyone at Mike White!

Cole and Kent were fantastic. They greeted me and took care of my additional concerns and answered my questions. They took my truck when scheduled and had it back to me when they said.

The staff did not address my concern. I was clear about my keys bring left IN the van since I had to work passed closing. I was not able to collect my keys the service deportment was closed.

Fastest service ever
My experience with getting my oil changed has always been an all day event even when making an appointment until my visit to Mike White Ford. I never understood why such a simple service would consume my day in the past. This service department proved that work can be done efficiently and productively. The service agents were extremely professional and accommodating. I will be returning for all service needs while living in the area. My husband and I travel for work so staying in one place too long is rare. I recommend getting your vehicles serviced by Mike White Ford.

Unexpected to reassured
I always love bringing my car to Mike White Ford in CDA. Even when there is bad news like I unexpectedly need new rear brakes; I always receive the best and most sincere customer service. Having a baby in the back seat and another on the way, the thought of brakes are a scary thought. Thankfully I was reassured that my car service would be complete with not only fresh oil but fresh rear brakes.
