On time, as promised!
I had to have a recall for my F150 door locks freezing in cold temps. The frustrating part was taking over two months to get a time scheduled (there were lots of F150s that needed to have this problem corrected). But when I arrived early for my appointment, they were ready for me. They explained that it was an all day procedure to fix. They promised the truck at 5pm, and that included doing an oil service, rotating the tires and fixing the broken key fob (because the doors were frozen locked!) The work was completed early, their shuttle service was great and Kevyn got me a new key fob to replace the broken one! Great job, Kevyn and crew!

There was alot to check out on my ford, much more than I thought, the time line was much more than I expected, it was done only one hour more than the origional time line, was impressed.

Tyler was great with us. Helpful. Took care of our needs. Let us know there were issues with the pickup that needed to be addressed. Made an appt to do so. Told us it would be about 1 hour and it was a few minutes over an hour.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service.
We recently took our F-150 platinum to Mike White Ford's service department due to a recall. They quickly got it scheduled and competed work. While there we told them of another issue we were having. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed a few days later. No charge due to the extended warranty we purchased when we bought the truck. They were quick and efficient with that repair as well. Our truck is running great!

I was told the complexity of the repair may require an overnight stay, no problem I have an F 150.
The Service Dept people were courteous and eager to please.
The shuttle service was great and the driver very pleasant.

A most pleasant time
The truck had some recalls from Ford. When I dropped it off the service tech said it would be in the shop most of the day. 3 hours later it was fine. Even did some systems checks and a wash.

oil change service.
Had made appointment for service plus replacing the serpentine belt. checked in at 09:00 and service was done by noon. Cost less than quoted. Nice friendly employees and the shuttle car service is great. Only thing I was told that my third break light was not working due to a leak ( ? ). This is inside my back window, so do not know what leak. I checked when I got home and that light works just fine. Do not know if your people were trying to just get more work or what. Other than that I like coming in for my oil changes etc.

Return to refix a repair
My Lincoln Navigator rear window washer was recently repaired during a service. It worked for about 3/4 days. Had to return from Deer Park 1 1/2 hr. drive each way plus 3hr repair. (6hrs of my time) not to mention gas. They told me a other end of the pump/hose came off. (Applied hose clamps to both ends). Oh well, they gave me a car wash coupon. (?) I lost a little faith! Staff was curdious. Recommending a yes, because they don't have a 1 thru 5 rating. (2 maybe a 3) 5 being best. Thanks for listening.

Joe--You're the best. I had problems. You give me an appointment, but offered until then I could bring in my car in case there might be a break to work it in -- atleast get a start.
Kevin--You're also the best. You listened very intently. You were very understanding and very personable. It's an old car with multiple problems -- you addressed them and made me feel better. THANKS!!
In the end -- it's all about customer service. I'm a happy customer!
