2009 Forester
A good vehicle for everyday driving in any weather, with minimal repairs needed. The larger interior makes this model hold more cargo but the design failed on the comfort of the seats and the way the center consol was moved toward the drivers knee crowding the drivers side floor space and making it uncomfortable during long distance driving. The head gasket started to leak at 100,000 miles resulting in a $2000 bill, the dealer having to keep the car overnight to pull the entire motor out, just to replace the gasket. The recommended maintinence they want done on this car is very costly for the average person to afford but overall performance is good and there are a lot of safety features on the car.
This is my second Forester and I will definitely buy again.
